Anesthesiology and Reanimation

Anesthesia methods that vary according to the characteristics of the surgeries and the condition of the patient are applied. For this reason, all patients who will undergo surgery are evaluated by an anesthesiologist before the surgery, and the type of surgery and the most appropriate anesthesia method are determined and prepared for the surgery.

GENERAL ANESTHESIA

Without stopping the vital functions of the person, the temporary loss of consciousness and pain sensation is provided under the supervision of an anesthesiologist with anesthetic and analgesic drugs. When the surgery is completed, the anesthetic drugs are stopped and the patient is awakened within a few minutes.

REGIONAL ANESTHESIA

The patient is conscious; but the sensation of pain has been eliminated.
